Water soluble cutting oil

Excellent oil stability in soft/hard water
Excellent lubricity, very good surface roughness, tool lifetime enlargement
Excellent anti-corrosiveness and no toxicity to skin through careful selection of preservatives.
Low bubbles and easy to treat waste water.

Non-water soluble metal cutting oil

Shows an excellent performance for the precise auto lathe for high-speed work using an excellent addiive.
Has good machinability with excellent lubrication and ideal for vutting aluminum, stanless steel or copper.
Most suitable for the work subjected to dimension changes in high-speed work.
Safe for skin using highly purified Paraffinic base oil.
Especially, it is not very harmful for human body from being environment friendly as it has been manufactured by eliminating all internationally-controlled environment control substances.

INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANT

Hydraulic oils

There is almost no change of crude liquid even if used for a long period of time from being manufactured using Group 3 base oil.
Not only it has added anti-wear additives to endure pressure well, but it is a hydraulic oil manufactured to be suitable for the hudraulic devices of vehicles, heavy machinery or industrial machinery operated under servere encironment such as cold season
Especially, it is encironment friendly from being manufactured by eliminating all internationally-controlled environment control substances.

Slideway oils

This is a lubtican for guide surgaces and slideways of machinig tools that was developed to prevent mechanical wearing that can be a problem in work requiring ultra-precision machining or in slow transportation of works.

Gear oils

Maintains proper viscosity
Has high oil-film strength and good lubricity
Excellent in oxidation stability
Excellent in vesicular properties
Excellent in corrosion and anti-rust properties

Spindle Oil

This was produced using a highly refined Grop 3 basic oil to cause no change in properties and to be stable and eco-friendly

Process Oil

This is a highly refined paraffin series process oil that is produced in P-1 ~ P-6 depending on its purpose, is mostly made up of saturated hydrocarbons to meet the lubricity, solubility and commerciality.
